Are you interested in contributing to the professional learning of teachers in Victoria?

Do you have a passion or success story in a particular area of study in Physical Education, Health, Outdoor Education, Recreation, OES, VET Sport and Recreation, or associated fields, and are interested in presenting at a workshop/conference?  

Your contribution will help inspire and guide the next generation of teachers and shape the future of education. Don't miss this chance to share your knowledge and make a difference in the lives of students and educators alike. You will need the below information available to complete your submission::

- Your contact details
- Proposed session description (limit 250 words)
- Learning outcomes (What the learner will know and be able to do by the end of your session, limit 100 words)
- Additional Presenter information (if applicable)
- Program Stream you believe your session best fits (Curriculum Excellence, Moving to Learn, Healthy Bodies / Healthy Minds, Inclusion, Leadership, Sport, Technology)
- Brief biography (Biographies should be written in third person, paragraph format)

Acceptances and preliminary program information will be released in Mid September 2024. All presentations are 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated, including time for questions.

All presenters are requested to provide an electronic copy of session resources (including presentation slides handouts and supporting resources) to ACHPER Victoria by close of business Monday 4 November 2024. All session resources will be made available to conference delegates via the conference portal page through MyACHPER (electronically).

All presentations should align with ACHPER Victoria’s mission statement “Enhancing, supporting and advocating for highest quality health and physical education in Victoria through effective engagement with teachers, schools and communities.”

Presentations and materials must comply with Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority guidelines where applicable (http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au)
