SHARED REGISTRATION

We understand that some schools may wish to share a single registration between staff members. To accommodate this, we are offering a Shared Registration option.

Shared Registration allows one full two day conference pass to be shared between two staff members from the same school (one person each day). This option helps ensure  attendees have a smooth conference experience, with proper name badge handling and session access. shared registrations do not vary by membership status and do not include free membership.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE COMPLETING SHARED REGISTRATION

The person completing the registration will act as the point of contact for all communications and is responsible for managing session selections and sharing relevant details with both attendees.

Dietary requests cannot be pre-arranged for shared registrations.
We will endeavour to accommodate the request onsite but this cannot be guaranteed.

Session selections must be finalised in advance through the main contact. Shared Registration is not eligible for member discounts or complimentary membership offers.

Payment
Registrations without full payment or a school purchase order number will NOT be processed. To qualify for “members’ rates” you must be a current financial ACHPER Member.  

Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or prior to the event start date. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 14 days from date of the tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the event, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card.

Cancellation
If your circumstances change prior to an event and you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate and transfer your registration to another person at no charge, provided that requests are made in writing to info@theconferencemanager.com.au no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event. To the extent permitted by law:

(a) cancellation requests will be considered up to 14 days prior to the event where transferring a registration (in accordance with the paragraph above) is not appropriate;
(b) if a refund for a cancellation request is approved by us, a cancellation fee of $50 applies;
(c) no refunds will be approved within 14 days of the event, unless the event is cancelled by us; and
(d) non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
ACHPER Victoria reserves the right to waive any of the above cancellation charges at its discretion.
