ACHPER Victoria Conference offers delegates two options for registration.

Two Day registration includes access to all program sessions, active breakfast on both days, lunch / tea break catering and exhibition hub.

One Day registration includes access to program sessions, active breakfast, lunch / tea break catering and exhibition hub on your nominated day only.

* You must be a member at the time of registration and conference to receive member rates
** Non member registration includes a 12 month ACHPER Victoria Membership. Delegates who may have let their membership lapse are also encouraged to select this registration.

Prior to accessing registration form, please ensure you have a purchase order number from your school OR a credit card for payment.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST

Payment
Registrations without full payment or a school purchase order number will NOT be processed. To qualify for “members’ rates” you must be a current financial ACHPER Member.  Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or prior to the event start date. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 14 days from date of the tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the event, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card.

Cancellation
If your circumstances change prior to an event and you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate and transfer your registration to another person at no charge, provided that requests are made in writing to info@theconferencemanager.com.au no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event. To the extent permitted by law:
(a) cancellation requests will be considered up to 14 days prior to the event where transferring a registration (in accordance with the paragraph above) is not appropriate;
(b) if a refund for a cancellation request is approved by us, a cancellation fee of $50 applies;
(c) no refunds will be approved within 14 days of the event, unless the event is cancelled by us; and
(d) non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
ACHPER Victoria reserves the right to waive any of the above cancellation charges at its discretion.
